    Refund and Cancellation Policy    

Overview :

  • Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with every event or service we provide. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are accepted

Cancellations by Customers :

  • Cancellations must be made at least 20 days before the event to receive a full refund.

​

  • For cancellations made within 20 days of the event, only 50% of the amount will be refunded​​

​

  • Same-day cancellations will not be eligible for any refund.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

​

  • Service fees charged by third-party platforms (like Razorpay) may not be refundable.

Event Postponement :

  • In case of event postponement, a new date can be requested, subject to availability.

​

  • Additional charges may apply based on the new date and requirements.

Non-Refundable Items : 

  • Certain services, such as vendor deposits and custom décor, are non-refundable after confirmation.
     

Refund Processing

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

  • Service fees charged by third-party platforms (like Razorpay) may not be refundable.

     Shipping and Delivery Policy   

Delivery of Virtual Tickets : 

  • Virtual tickets will be sent via email immediately after purchase.

​

Delivery of Physical Ticket :

  • Physical tickets will be processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

​

  • Delivery is expected within 7–10 days, depending on your location.

​

  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order is dispatched.

Shipping Charge : 

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of purchase for physical tickets.

​

  • Virtual tickets are delivered free of charge.

Delayed or Failed Delivery : 

  • If there are delays in the physical ticket delivery, we will notify you with an updated timeline.

​

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. Reshipment charges may apply in such cases.
